This dynamic, flowing yoga class links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Sequences vary each class, offering options for beginners while providing challenges for more experienced students. All levels are welcome to move, stretch, and find mindfulness on the mat.

Level: Beginning

This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, linking breath with gentle movement. Students will learn basic poses, transitions, and alignment while building strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat. No prior experience is needed.

Level: Intermediate

This flowing yoga class is designed for students with some prior experience, linking breath with movement through more challenging sequences. Students will build strength, flexibility, and balance while exploring longer flows and deeper poses in a supportive environment.

Slow & Chill

This slow-paced, calming class focuses on relaxation, gentle stretches, and mindful breathing. Perfect for beginners, those seeking stress relief, or anyone looking to move with ease and restore balance in body and mind.

Balance & Strength

This gentle, accessible class uses a chair for support to help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a low-impact practice, students will move through seated and supported standing poses while focusing on breath and relaxation.

Sunday Morning Vibes

This class focuses on mindful transitions, foundational alignment, and flowing sequences that support strength, flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation. Expect a slower-paced vinyasa flow with opportunities to pause, refine posture, and listen to your body.

Candlelit Restorative Yin 

A gentle, grounding practice designed to help the body soften, the nervous system settle, and the mind quiet. Through long-held restorative yin postures, breath awareness, and the soft glow of candlelight, this class invites deep rest, release, and reconnection. 

Perfect for anyone seeking stillness, relaxation, and a nourishing mid-week

Often called “yogic sleep"

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite potentially profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Students rest comfortably while being guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques that support rest, stress relief, and inner balance.

No yoga experience is necessary.
