Introduction to Traditional Hatha Yoga Workshop with Pat

This two-hour workshop is designed for anyone who would like:
- to build a regular personal practice
- to expand their knowledge and curiosity about yoga
- a peaceful, calming yoga practice
- to achieve greater physical, emotional & mental well-being
There is no prior requirement to be flexible, strong, or even familiar with yoga poses. As you develop your daily practice, all of that will come.
Hatha yoga is a popular gentle and slower paced practice for beginners and advanced practitioners. The practice combines breathing techniques (pranayama) and physical postures (asanas). Poses are typically held longer to allow the practitioner to safely build strength, flexibility, and awareness of a healthy mind-body connection.
