I am currently a full time traveler. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years in various studios, online and on my own. Over the past 2 years I have been traveling and my practice has basically been on my own. I stayed in Heber Overgaard May through September 2026. During this time I discovered this beautiful yoga studio. This studio has everything that you need to practice in a setting that is simply perfect. I love a morning practice and thoroughly enjoyed the Mindful Flow and Vinyasa Intermediate classes. I was able to participate in the Buck Moon Rise (sunset) outdoor session and it was amazing! I only wish that I had more time to practice with Kirsten and explore other offerings such as candlelit yin ☯️ I can't say enough about Kirsten the owner and instructor. Honestly, words can't describe how wonderful her classes are. She is one of the best yoga instructors that I have interacted with in my practice. I LOVE THIS STUDIO...a must try whether you are new to yoga and interested in learning or you are an experienced yogi. You won't be sorry!

Kirsten has created such a peaceful, loving environment especially in her new studio. She is a wonderful teacher, friend and such a loving individual. I needed to get back to Yoga and she has opened her door, her practice, and her heart to us loyal yogi. Namaste🙏❤️

First time I've practiced yoga and it has been just wonderful. The studio is spacious, clean and soothing. Instructions are easy to follow and allow for all different levels. I'm hooked.

Kristen creates an atmosphere of gentle challenges. Her classes are structured and built on a solid foundation of yoga knowledge, but she allows space for levity and will tweak classes for her students. Happy to have found someone so knowledgeable to aid in my practice
