Introducing: PULSE
For years, I’ve been quietly developing something I’m really excited about… something I now call PULSE.
In its simplest form, it’s a yoga sequence set to music and counts—creating a rhythmic, almost hypnotic flow.
Imagine moving from Warrior II to Reverse Triangle on an inhale… over eight counts… set to instrumental music at 70 BPM (maybe even written by yours truly 😉).
It’s deeply meditative, incredibly satisfying, and has the potential to take your practice to a whole new level.
These would be 30-minute classes, and I’m considering adding them to the schedule.
✨ Is this something you’d be interested in experiencing?
With so much love and gratitude,
Kirsten
